Alesin Tygrys Tipler is the Program Manager for the Healthcare Providers Partner Program. She is designing the educational and training materials to assist healthcare providers with incorporating Silverberry genetic assessments into their practice.
She received her M.S. degree in Molecular Nutrition and a B.S. in Nutrition from Louisiana State University. Alongside her academic credentials, she developed practical experience translating her knowledge into actionable information for clients. She has worked with clients of all ages, in numerous communities, and across various settings including nutrition classes, exercise classes, and one-on-one trainings.
Prior to her work at Silverberry, she designed and implemented a nutrition education program for a mobile farmer’s market tasked with cultivating a healthy local food system in underserved communities. She seized the exhilarating opportunity to design a curriculum to introduce preschoolers to key concepts in nutrition and health, and implemented it with cooking classes, coloring pages, and exercise instruction.
Alesin has 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, working as a ACSM certified personal trainer and health coach for gyms and corporate wellness programs.
